VCSPL was founded in 1996. We started with supply of Industrial Electronic Components. But having engineering background, we decided to do something new. In 1998, we started to give consultancy services including design & development services for microcontroller based
embedded electronic systems. 

We gave services on different area products like telecommunication, weighing machines, education electronic training kits, IC tester, programmers, medical electronic equipment, moving message display, security systems, industrial SMPS, UPS and computer power supplies.

In 2001, we decided to use our R&D expertise for our own company. Then we entered Oil & Gas field, and we made products for BPCL. Also, we gave modification, maintenance & repair services for third party oil dispensers in 11 states. We converted mechanical dispensers into electronic, single display machines to three display & non-preset machine to preset machine.

In 2008, we started providing design/development/supply & repair of electronic parts of all type products used in CNG retail outlets like dispenser/compressor etc. In 2011 we also started importing laptop batteries for sale in India but within 2 years, we started manufacturing laptop batteries in India.

In 2021, we started manufacturing of equipment/machines required for manufacturing/testing of batteries (lithium ion/phosphate/polymer/prismatic) mainly used in EV/solar/laptop and medical fields etc.

Under Make In India, we formed a new start-up company “EKAH PRIVATE LIMITED” which will manufacture latest technology products like CNG dispensers, Li-ion Battery Assembly Machines for EV, Solar etc. & Drones etc.

Following are electronic machines/parts manufactured for the first time in India by our company: 

1. Manufacturing of Laptop Batteries 
2. Manufacturing of Indigenous electronic spares (Motherboard, Display, PSU, Totalizer, Keypad & Remotes etc.) for DELTA, GALILEO, SAFE, KRAUSS GLOBAL, FTI & PARKAR CNG dispensers 
3. Manufacturing of Protocol converter for SCADA implementation in FTI CNG dispenser by changing software of Control Card. 
4. Manufacturing of Li-ion battery assembly machines (for EV, Solar, Medical & Laptop batteries
